Second: This Week’s Small Change!
I woke up really early this morning and wanted something to snack on while working. I had a small glass of milk and a prepackaged back of almonds (from Trader Joes)
The other necessity? COFFEE! I’m really addicted…
After about an hour of working, my stomach was grumbling again so I had a 1/2 cup of TJ’s plain greek yogurt with some blueberries. Great way to start the day!
Until I got my pharmacology test back… I did fine… but a little below average which is infuriating. I apparently need to put more time into that class…
Well, I need to get over the bad test grade (it’s only worth 15% so stop freaking out Jamie!) I wanted to announce this week’s Small Change! I’ve realized that I don’t stretch enough, often leaving me unnecessarily sore or feeling “tight”. Therefore, my Small Change for the week is to stretch for 15 minutes everyday and to do at least one day of yoga. I found this cool website that gives different streches so I’m going to try and incorporate as many of these as possible: Stretching Guide
Back to class (of course I’m blogging in the class that I got a bad grade in) and see you tonight!

Small Change Update: I did 15 minutes of stretching in the morning while I was waiting for my coffee to brew! It was a great way to start my day




Nice work on the stretching! I need to get back into it…I can feel my muscles tightening as we speak!
Coffee. I think my addiction has actually worsened in recent weeks. I am up to ~3 cups/day! Ack!
Are you really blogging from class? I would be so worried that I was going to get caught (that’s my guilt problem)…you must be in a large lecture hall where the professor can’t notice you!
Oh thanks for the web site! I am really bad about not stretching enough.
