Rewind to yesterday… Started the day with a hot bowl of oats topped with some yogurt and frozen strawberries.. I love eating cold fruit in a bowl of warm oats!
Yup, that’s a huge splash of cinnamon on the side of the bowl
I kept things light during the day because I was working and saving my appetite of a huge dinner! I had a Mojo Bar, an apple, and a handful of nuts for “lunch”
Well, from 5pm to 7:30pm it was go go go in my house! My roommates and I cooked dinner for 6 boys and I made chicken parm for the first time!!! It went surprisingly well but it took FOREVER to make. I can’t believe how people host parties regularly, the four of us worked non-stop and we were still cooking when the boys came over. However, look at the amazing spread!! From top left: big romaine salad with tomatoes and cucumber, giant bowl of angel hair pasta, HOMEMADE CHICKEN PARM!!! (three dishes of them), roasted asparagus. I loaded up and enjoyed every bite!!!
We set up a second table in our kitchen so we could all sit together and, as you can see, the wine was free flowin
My other roommate made homemade red velvet cupcakes and homemade cream cheese frosting. TO.DIE.FOR.
Happy roommates after a fun night.. I look kinda wierd haha
What a night and we are STILL cleaning up from it! I think our place will get back to normal eventually. I also decided today what next week’s Small Change will be… stay tuned for the announcement on Monday!

What a wonderful dinner party! I remember back to my college days and we used to invite a group of guy friends over to our apartment once a week and cook for them. They loved it! Oh, those days….chicken parm looks delicious!
